About Us Glen Alexander is the founder and CEO of Equilant Venture Advisors, where he has helped raise over $3.6 billion in public and private capital for his clients. With over 20 years of global operational experience in technology, marketing and sales, Mr. Alexander brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurial companies as they speak with investors, partners and customers. Prior to founding Equilant, Mr. Alexander was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Semio Corporation (acquired by Entrieva), where he helped launch the first generation of their unstructured information categorization solutions. Earlier, at IDE (now Aonix), a pioneer in object-oriented software development tools, he built the Intercontinental Operations group and led their international expansion into Japan, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Alexander began his career at Control Data Corporation as a software engineer, where he later held a variety of marketing and product management positions. Mr. Alexander received a BSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
